Dapoli Freedom Fighters

During the freedom struggle, Dapoli was an important part of Mumbai and other important princely states. State’s governors visited their respective provinces to show the world that the people of India are not against the British. The Governor of Mumbai also visited Dapoli, Ratnagiri and Malvan in Konkan.

Some of the brave men in Dapoli have played a vital role in the politics and social work of the country. This project of Talukadapoli will be about Dapoli and such great people of Dapoli, who did real struggle against British rule.

Like all other projects, “Dapoli’s Freedom Fighter” project will also be continuously worked upon for research.

The information collected from the research will be published through digital and social media articles, short stories, comics and documentaries.
